ABOUT THE FOUNDER OF THE BOSS WHISPERING INSTITUTE:

Dr. Laura Crawshaw (aka "The Boss Whisperer®") is the world’s leading expert on coaching abrasive leaders and relieving the organizational disruption and workplace suffering they cause. With more than 35 years’ experience as a psychotherapist, corporate officer, executive coach, researcher and author, she founded The Boss Whispering Institute in 2008, which is dedicated to research and training in the field of coaching abrasive leaders. She has presented to United Nations organizations, NASA, Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, The British Psychological Society, the Organization Development World Summit, and numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Crawshaw received her master's degree in clinical social work from the Smith College School for Social Work and conducted postgraduate studies at the Seattle Institute for Psychoanalysis and the Harvard Community Health Plan.
